What is Camsterhouse Coaching  

Corporate Coaching is a powerful alliance created between a Coach and people in an organisation. By addressing the key issues at a personal and corporate level the partnership leads to individual and organisational growth, development and achievement often creating extraordinary results.

How does Camsterhouse Coaching work ? 

Coaching starts with the designing of the alliance between the individual and the Coach. This is undertaken within an agreed corporate framework.

Regular sessions are planned and undertaken in a variety of configurations, face-to-face, telephone, and via E-Mail. 

Each session focuses on the clients agenda helping them to think differently, expand themselves and their world. 

Together with the Coach individuals decide on what action steps they wish to take.

The Coach will hold individuals accountable for their self-chosen goals; the individual gets full credit for achieving the goals, and takes full responsibility for not achieving them. 

How are Camsterhouse Coaches Qualified ? 

Camsterhouse Coaches are professionally qualified managers and have proven business experience including managing teams, leading people and handling behaviour problems coupled with multi sector exposure. 
Camsterhouse Coaches have formal training in Coaching tools and techniques by recognised external training bodies to an advanced level. 
Camsterhouse Coaches maintain their own Continued Professional Development through both internal and external routes. Camsterhouse Coaches have at least two years practical Coaching experience covering a wide range of people at all levels of business.
