It could be a new job, a similar role, voluntary work utilising their skills, or even early retirement, what is important is helping individuals to decide and then supporting them practically to make it happen. We offer a flexible range of programmes all based on simple affordable rates. No longer will you need to pay for expensive options when you can achieve the same results using simple consultancy hourly rates capped to meet budget requirements.

All our programmes are tailored to meet the requirements of the sponsoring organisation and are handled with the utmost discretion. Sessions are held locally to meet the needs of individual clients using an independently qualified consultant. Where necessary additional support can be provided by a Diploma qualified counsellor who is a member of the BACP.
